Policies

Appointments are confirmed 24 hours prior as we understand the ease to which an appointment is forgotten.

 

Please be on time for your appointment. This gives your stylist the proper amount of time to achieve your desired look. If you are late we will adjust your hair service to the amount of time remaining in your appointment.

 

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within the 24 hours, you will be charged a cancelation fee of 50%. No-shows will be charged for the total amount of the scheduled service. After the second offense you will be asked to pre-pay your appointments.

 

Scheduling a large service time such as a color correction may require a credit card to be held. If this appointment is no show or is not cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.

 

Due to the time and product used that goes into your custom service, we do not offer refunds. We do offer adjustments to technical errors such as uneven haircuts, uneven hair color, or bleed marks on hair color. Any errors need to be brought up to our attention within 48 hours of your appointment. Any adjustment request made after 48 hours will not be accommodated. Adjustments need to be scheduled no later than 7 days after notifying the salon and need to be scheduled with the original stylist. Salon and stylists are not to be held liable for any damage to property during color service.

 

This cancellation policy gives us ample time to notify other guests of availability.  A late cancellation restricts us from filling your original appointment with another client and the stylist misses the opportunity to gain income during this time.
